The Crazy Good taste of Pop-Tarts and the sounds of summer are uniting to give teens a free concert – while tickets last – featuring Demi Lovato and Ryan Beatty this Thursday, July 17th, in Dallas, TX. Dallas was selected as one of three secret locations for the 2014 Crazy Good Summer concert series. The first concert was held in Los Angeles and featured headliner Jasmine Villegas. The third and final show will feature Emblem3 at a “to be announced” location.

CelebSecrets4U caught up with Ryan Beatty earlier this week to get the details on his Pop-Tarts performance with Demi Lovato, his thoughts on a “crazy good summer,” and where we can see Ryan in the future. He even spilled a super-cute secret that will make you giggle! Check out the Q&A below.

You are performing with Demi Lovato at the Dallas stop on the Pop-Tarts “Crazy Good Summer” Concert Series this Thursday! What can fans expect from your performance?

Ryan: “On Thursday, my band and I are going to play some really awesome songs! We’re doing a few originals and a cover of Drake’s ‘Hold On We’re Going Home.’ I’ve been playing that a lot lately, so that’s always a good one to play.”

What’s your ideal “crazy good summer?”

Ryan: “I honestly love what I do, so I would have to say playing shows would be my ideal “crazy good summer.”  I’ve been performing a lot this summer and its been a lot of fun! If I had to pick anything other than performing, it would be hanging at the beach. It’s just a nice place to go and chill out!”

Do you have a favorite Pop-Tarts flavor?

Ryan: “I love Hot Fudge Sundae — that’s the one I always ate during school!”

I know you recorded a cover of Demi’s song “Skyscraper” just 2 years ago — how stoked are you to share the stage with Demi this Thursday?

Ryan: “It’s definitely an honor! Back in the day, I always talked about how awesome it would be to open up for her and now I’m finally getting that chance. It’s really awesome and crazy! I’m extremely excited. She’s so talented and I’ve always liked her music.”

You’ll be hitting the road very soon — what are you looking forward to most on tour?

Ryan: “I’m definitely excited to perform in Chicago on July 31st. I’m also playing Lollapalooza two days after that, so I’m pretty stoked. I’m looking forward to just getting out there and perform for the fans — it’s my favorite thing to do.

What’s next for you in the future?

Ryan: “I’m currently in the studio working on my album, so hopefully that will be out soon. I hope to get out on the road again as well!”

Since our website is called CelebSecrets4U, can you share one secret or hidden talent you have with our readers?

Ryan: “One thing that I can’t stand is mayonnaise! I get so freaked out over mayo — I can’t even look at it!”
